About Us

Founded in 1986, the Association of Military Musicians (AMM), initially the Association of Retired Military Musicians, began as a gathering of retired U.S. military bandsmen. It is a fraternal organization dedicated to preserving military music traditions and is committed to community service, supporting various member endeavors. The 2011 name change aimed to be more inclusive. AMM, which includes members from all branches of the U.S. military, is a corporation based in Arkansas.
